Why the Red Couch?
I spent time building this wonderful company. What I didn't expect was how difficult it would be to name it.
Over several months, I tried more than seventy-five names. I needed to love it. It needed to feel right. And somehow, every name I thought of was taken.
Then, on a quiet winter morning beside a frozen Minnesota lake, I stopped trying to find the perfect name and started thinking about something else: the people who would enjoy this amazing coffee.
People with full lives and long lists. People moving from one thing to the next, who deserved a really beautiful cup of coffee—and time to simply enjoy it.
And then I pictured her.

Keep your coffee in its original resealable bag, tightly sealed, and store it at room temperature away from light, heat, and moisture.
Coffee doesn’t expire in the traditional sense of food expiration, but its flavor and aroma will naturally diminish over time. Once you’ve opened your bag of beautifully roasted Red Couch Coffee, we recommend enjoying it within three to four weeks for the best flavor.

On occasion, we offer a select non-organic coffee we believe is truly worth sharing. Those coffees are always clearly identified, so you’ll know exactly what you’re choosing.
Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?
We do! Most Red Couch Coffees are available whole bean or ground, so you can choose what works best for the way you brew. Love the ritual of grinding your beans fresh? Choose whole bean. Prefer the ease of coffee that’s ready to scoop and brew? Choose ground. Our espresso coffees are offered whole bean only. Either way, every coffee is micro-roasted with care and delivered fresh to your door.
